Project Update
County Road 83 (Dashwood Road) Urban Reconstruction
The Project:
The County of Huron, in partnership with the Municipality of Bluewater and Municipality of South Huron, is planning to reconstruct County Road 83 (Dashwood Road) including the replacement of the Dashwood-Hay Municipal drain, the watermain, and the water services within the County Road corridor.
The project limits have recently been extending requiring a phased construction approach that will extend over a 2 year period.
Public Information Centre:
A Public Meeting is planned so that the final drawings can be provided along with further details related to the extent of construction within each phase.
Representatives from the County, the Municipality of Bluewater, the Municipality of South Huron, and the project engineering team (BMROSS) will be in attendance.
Date: Thursday January 18, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Presentation at 6:30 PM)
Location: Dashwood Community Centre – 158 Centre Street, Dashwood.
Residents and interested parties are welcome to submit comments and questions during and following the meeting.
