A mutual support group for people challenged by addictions. SMART is an evidence-based recovery program using CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) where you'll learn techniques and be provided with multiple tools to: Develop & maintain motivation Manage urges Manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviours Lead a balanced, healthy life Join us for a learning environment with peer support, compassion, empathy, and encouragement in your recovery journey.
