Looking Forward: A Creative’s Sharing Circle
The Blyth Festival Art Gallery invites rural creatives of any medium for a night of conversation, community and a sharing of ideas.
We know so many artists, writers, musicians, etc. often create work in isolation and due to the rural nature of our area do not have as many chances to get together with other creatives to discuss their work, issues surrounding being cultural workers, and to share resources.
Our hope is to provide a venue for connection, brainstorming, and discussion of the many issues facing creatives in our community.
We invite you to join us for the first of these nights and to provide feedback as to what format and direction you would benefit from the group taking moving forward.
We look forward to seeing you on February 21st at 7pm at BRØD bread & pastry.
