Tai Chi Wingham

Drop into the Alice Munro Branch each week to practice the art of Tai Chi! All ages are welcome to this free program that promotes exercise and relaxation. Please note that this program is led by a community volunteer. There is no certified instructor on site.
No registration required. Drop-in each Wednesday starting at 10:30 a.m.
