electronically only through the Electronic Bidding System until:
2:00:00 p.m., local time, April 29, 2026
The work includes:
• Topsoil stripping & excavation for construction of asphalt parking area on the
east side of Huronview Home for the Aged
• Provisional topsoil stripping & exaction for construction of new asphalt parking
areas on the west side of Huronview Home for the Aged
• Lighting and storm sewer improvements.

A non-mandatory site meeting will be held on Friday April 17, 2026 at 3 p.m. on
the east side of the property (staff parking area) at Huronview 77722 London
Road, Clinton.
In addition to other provisions in the Bid Documents, the lowest or any Bid will
not necessarily be accepted.
