County of Huron extends gratitude to staff and volunteers operating and supporting the Huron County Mass Vaccination Clinic

The County of Huron extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff, partners, and many volunteers working to ensure the local mass vaccination clinic is a success. The clinic is operated in partnership with the Town of Goderich, the County of Huron, Primary Healthcare partners, and Huron Perth Public Health, and is supported by many dedicated volunteers.

In honour of Earth Day, the County of Huron is reflecting on the ways current actions are contributing to and mitigating climate change. County staff are taking proactive action to reduce consumption, achieve energy savings, generate awareness on climate concerns and issues, and are always looking for areas of improvement.

Huron County residents urged to continue following public health directions for a safe and enjoyable Easter weekend

Sunshine, warmer temperatures, and fresh spring blossoms are lifting spirits across the County as Huron heads into the long weekend. There is much to be joyful about, but as residents prepare for holiday celebrations they are reminded that the risks of COVID-19 remain steady. Residents should continue to follow all public health recommendations this Easter weekend.
