Get a Library Membership

Library membership is free of charge for any resident of Huron County. See the patron types table below to determine if you qualify for a free library membership.

New members must present one piece of photo identification with their mailing address included, in order to register for a library membership with the Huron County Library. Two pieces of identification may be required if photo ID not presented. One of these pieces of identification must include the current mailing address.

New applicants may fill out an Huron County Library Card Application Form. Applicants can print off a completed form and submit it to any of the 12 branches of the Huron County Library system.
