2018 Municipal Election Candidate Information Session set for June 27, 2018

Clinton, Ontario – Municipalities from within Huron County will be hosting a Candidate Information Session for anyone interested in running as a candidate in the 2018 Municipal Election. The session will take place on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Libro Hall in Clinton (300 Bill Fleming Drive). All are welcome, and pre-registration is not required.

Huron County Paramedic Service Treating Sudden Cardiac Arrest in a Way Never Seen Before

Goderich, Ontario: A new lifesaving device and new technology are helping Huron County Paramedic Service (HCPS) battle the health crisis of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). In addition to equipping its ambulances with a high-quality, automated CPR Device, to help Huron County paramedics treat SCA, they have implemented a therapy called Shock Sync™. Huron County is one of the first in Canada to make the use of this technology mandatory on all SCA patients.
