Board of Health Chair, Bill Dowson, has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Health to be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. The Special Meeting is to be held in Committee Room at the Court House in Goderich, Ontario.

The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider the following matters:

  1. “Closed to the Public Session” under Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, to discuss an item that relates to:
    • Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local Board employees – MOH position.
  2. A report and recommendation from Senior Health Unit Management Team to use current 2014 budget variance funds for the purchase of up to $115,000 for needed software and hardware.
