This Notice is given under the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 c. 25, Section 391 (1) and Building Code Act, S.O. 1992, Chapter 23. The Council of the Corporation of the County of Huron will be holding a Public Meeting on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Court House Council Chambers, Goderich to provide information and receive public input on a proposed amendment to By-law 2017-003, Schedule “C” Health Unit Plumbing and Sewage Systems Related Inspections User Fees provided by the County of Huron.
For further information and/or a copy of the proposed Fee Schedule “C” please contact the County Clerk Susan Cronin.
All written comments on this issue shall be received by County Clerk Susan Cronin, by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 1 Court House Square, Goderich, Ontario for inclusion in the Public Meeting.
