The Council of the Corporation of the County of Huron intends to pass a By-law to sell unused property at their Fourth Session of Council on March 8, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Court House Council Chambers, Goderich.
The subject property is:
- PART 3, As illustrated on Deposited Reference Plan 22R-6096.
The Council of the Corporation of the County of Huron declared the subject property SURPLUS at their February Eighth Council Session. The County of Huron intends to sell the property back to the property it was acquired from.
The notice is in compliance with provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 and County By-law #2014-117 Procedural By-law.
