Huron County, ON – February 28, 2014 is the last day to enter the Canadian Cancer Society’s Driven to Quit Challenge. If you are planning to quit, or have recently quit, you have a few days left to register for a chance to win a car or cash prizes.
“Many smokers make five to seven attempts before they quit successfully,” says Julie Verch, Public Health Nurse. “Contests like The Driven to Quit Challenge provide extra motivation for people to make that quit attempt.”
Participants are asked to stay smoke-free for the month of March. If they are successful in staying smoke free and their name is drawn, they will win either a Dodge Avenger or a Dodge Journey. There are also seven prizes of $1,000.
