cloudLibrary to discontinue desktop app

cloudLibrary has been working to enhance their web portal and, as a result, will discontinue the use of the desktop app for both PC and MAC computers by the end of December, 2020. Patrons who wish to use e-readers (Kindle e-readers are not compatible), will now have to install Adobe Digital Editions on to their desktop computers, and visit the web portal to download their books for offline reading. This change will not affect cloudLibrary’s mobile apps. For information about how to install Adobe Digital Editions and for more about the changes to access of e-books, click here.  You can also view the handy download instructions in the PDF below titled: cloudLibrary Web Patron Instructions.
