Growing Together Early Learning Resource Program supports families to help children develop to their full potential.

Growing Together Early Learning Resource Program Provides:

  • Early intervention strategies to help children reach their full potential in all areas of development
  • Child development screens to identify possible delays in development
  • Assistance to families in coordinating services of other professionals
  • Support to Early Learning Childcare programs to create inclusive environments for all children
  • Support to children transitioning to school or other community programs
  • Strategies and opportunities to support early literacy development

Accessing Growing Together Early Learning Resource Program

This free program:

  • Is available for children 0 – 6 years of age throughout Huron County with concerns in one or more of the following areas of development: physical, social, emotional, communication and cognitive development.
