Digital Main Street is an innovative program designed to help brick-and-mortar small businesses achieve digital transformation. The program is built around an online learning platform, structured training programs, grants, and Digital Service Squad teams of experts to help small businesses improve how they use digital technologies to promote and run their businesses. Digital Transformation Grant – Now Closed!
The Digital Transformation Grant (DTG) program is designed to assist small businesses with adoption of technologies. The program provides training, advisory support and grants to brick-and-motor small businesses looking to increase their capacity through digital transformation.
- It provides grants of up to $2,500 to help businesses strategically adopt technology and meet their digital goals.
- The deadline to apply is September 30, 2023, with limited funds available. Be sure to apply early.

Digital Service Squad
The Digital Service Squad members provide one-on-one assistance to small businesses in Huron County, at no cost, to help them improve their use of digital technologies and enhance their online presence. The squad members can assist with a number of activities, including:
- A digital assessment of your business’ digital literacy
- Access to a free online video-based digital transformation training program
- Developing a basic web presence or enhance your existing web presence by helping you activate easy-to-use tools such as Google My Business and social media
- Providing your business with a FREE 360° Photo where your customers can take a virtual tour of your store simply by using their mouse on desktop, or finger on their smartphone

ShopHERE provides independent small businesses, non-profit organizations, and artists with a quick, easy, and no-cost way to get selling online right away. Work with the ShopHERE program to get an online store created and launched (with 5 hours of launch assistance) at no-cost!
