What is Knowledge Ontario?
Knowledge Ontario is a province-wide initiative that is providing Ontario residents access to improved information resources. Knowledge Ontario consists of five components that will be put in place over time. The components are: Resource Ontario (online electronic resources), Ask Ontario (real-time, virtual reference services), OurOntario.ca (digital content collections), Connect Ontario (a space for Ontarians to connect and interact with each other), and Learn Ontario (online modules/learning tools to help students/teachers/business/individuals to use what Knowledge Ontario provides).
Resource Ontario is the first of the Knowledge Ontario components to become available to Ontarians. This component provides Ontario residents access to a vast number of electronic resources.
