CanLII:Canadian Legal Information Institute
Primary source for Canadian legal information, including federal, provincial and territorial laws. This extensive resource contains hundreds of precedent setting cases, that are easily searched, and provides links to provincial legal organizations.

Department of Justice Canada
Official government site provides access to federal statutes and regulations, including historical information. Site includes a Resource Centre of general and specific information from the Department of Justice pertaining to the law, the judicial process, the federal administration of justice along with sources of legal reference material.

Canadian Legal FAQs
An easy-to-understand approach to general legal information, compiled by the University of Alberta. Organized by topic, or national and Alberta-based frequently asked questions. Includes a searchable database.

Court Services
The Ministry of the Attorney General provides information about court services, addresses of courthouses in Ontario, small claims court, family court, jury duty, mediation, how to get a lawyer or legal aid. Included is a child's legal guide to separation and divorce.

Ontario Court of Probate and Surrogate Court Records: Wills and Estate Files - A Pathfinder
