Volunteer Auxiliaries
Both Homes have very active Volunteer Auxiliaries. The Volunteer Auxiliaries are instrumental in fundraising, assisting with resident programs and promoting the Homes in the community.

Volunteering
Both Homes are very fortunate to have enormous community support in the form of our volunteers. This support, by many people living across the County, demonstrates a firm commitment to both Huronview and Huronlea.
Volunteers play an invaluable role in enriching the lives of each resident. As members of the care team, they assist residents in a variety of unique ways. Volunteers include family, friends and community members, who enjoy assisting in daily activities, providing entertainment programs, and helping with fundraisers.
New volunteers are always welcome!
By becoming a volunteer, you not only help the residents but also their families, the staff and administration, and yourself. Volunteers come from all walks of life and are all ages. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, or completing your 40 hours of community service for your Ontario High Schools Diploma.
Police checks are required by all volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering please call Huronview at 519.482.3451 ext. 5245 or Huronlea at 519.887.9267 ext. 5352. You can complete the following form:
