Confidential services are offered at various AMDSB secondary schools across the county several times a month.

Eat & Learn

Eat and Learn offers funding and support to schools that want to have a breakfast, snack, or lunch program. Eat and Learn programs provide nutritious food with at least one serving of fruits or vegetables. Eat and Learn programs are open to all students.

Health Class Help

Use Health Class Help to quickly find Internet resources on health and social topics. This tool contains hundreds of links selected and organized by Huron County Health Unit staff.

Huron Perth Healthy School Initiative

This comprehensive school health program supports schools to create healthy school environments that are conducive to learning, thus helping to develop healthy children and healthy minds. Schools can register with the Health Unit to join the Healthy School Initiative by submitting the accompanying form by November 23, 2009.
