The Board of Health, as defined by the Health Protection and Promotion Act, ensures the Huron County Health Unit provides mandatory public health programs and services targeted at prevention of disease and injury and promotion of health. Municipal and provincial appointees, plus the Warden sit on this board; the position of Chair rotates annually.
Meetings of the Board of Health generally take place on the first Thursday of each month at 9 AM in the Health and Library Complex Auditorium, 77722B London Road, Clinton.
