			<description>Huron County Health Link offers a variety of services including general sexual health information and family support services.  Sexual Health Services include birth control starts (if under age 25), some STI testing for males and females of any age and "the morning after pill".  Services are provided at "low or no cost".

&lt;strong&gt;The clinic is open for walk-in appointments every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 - 4:00 pm (excluding holidays).&lt;/strong&gt;

The clinic is located at the Huron County Health Unit's Clinton site at 77722B London Road.  

During clinic hours you may contact a Public Health Nurse for information at 519.482.3416 or 1.877.837.6143 ext 2020.</description>

			<description>&lt;strong&gt;Prenatal Classes&lt;/strong&gt;
This prenatal program is geared for expectant parents in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. These sessions focus on aspects of labour and delivery, breastfeeding, what to expect after delivery and bringing baby home.

Class topics include:
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Labour &amp; Delivery 
&lt;li&gt;Postpartum Adjustment
&lt;li&gt;Care of the Newborn
&lt;li&gt;Car Seat Safety
&lt;li&gt;Comfort Measures
&lt;li&gt;Infant Nutrition – Breastfeeding “How to” &lt;/ul&gt;
The series of 4 classes are offered monthly. Registration is required.

Classes are held upstairs at Hansen's Independent Grocer, 62 Thames Rd., E., Exeter.

If you are unable to attend, possibly due to transportation issues, etc., Public Health Nurses are available to provide one-on-one prenatal education in your home.

Additional support (i.e. prenatal vitamins, milk coupons, car seats, etc.) is available, for qualifying parents, from the Health Unit through the Pathways to Self-Sufficiency program.

Parents and caregivers are reminded that child car seats are mandatory for anyone transporting children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
